Fabric Health exists to improve the health and wellbeing of busy families.

That trust became the Fabric Fam platform.
It goes wherever our families go: the laundromat, the food bank, and most of all, their phones. Families enroll with us. We assess eligibility and apply for Medicaid and SNAP. We even get families to the doctor. The best part? A real person is always there to hand-hold families through the process.
No appointments. No standing in line. No call centers.

• where we started
We showed up at the laundromat with a folding table.
Moms were already spending two hours a week waiting on a wash cycle. We showed up with a laptop and a folding table and started talking. We understood what they needed help with: getting and staying insured and keeping food on their table. From that moment on, we got to work on helping families apply for Medicaid and SNAP.
What we learned: families don't want a call center. They want a group they trust that's actually on their side. That’s what Fabric is.
