Not happy with your Medicaid plan? We can help.
Once you've been with your Medicaid plan for 12 months, you get the right to change it, once a year, no reason needed. Or you can stay with your current insurer. Here's what you need to know.
Illinois Client Enrollment Services (ICES) mails you a notice explaining your plan options.
You have 90 days to decide. Stay put or switch. Your call.
Choose a new plan, or do nothing and keep the one you have.
If you switched, your new plan kicks in on this date. If not, you stay where you are.
